GARDAI have identified the body of a man which was recovered from the sea in Dublin after earlier appealing for help.
The body, which was that of a 'well groomed' man, was recovered by the coast guard on November 21 at about 1pm at Dollymount beach in Clontarf.
The man, aged between 20 and 30 years, was 6ft 1in tall, of average build and had short dark hair.
He had hazel eyes and was described by gardai as having "distinguishable eyebrows".
Gardai now say they are satisfied they know his identity and thanked the public for their help.
