The 25-year-old known as Vinnie was gunned down as he sat in a car on McKee Road, Finglas, north Dublin on February 29 -- four years on from the murder of his brother Alan in a feud.

The white Volkswagen Golf had been parked outside a house where his girlfriend was with his baby daughter Phoenix.
