Gardai appeal for information on 'dangerous' stolen veterinary drugs

Gardai are investigating the theft of veterinary drugs which are considered extremely dangerous and not fit for human consumption.

The drugs were in a car which was stolen from a location on Dublin Road, Loughrea, Co Galway yesterday between 1pm and 11pm.

The car contained products considered dangerous to humans including Kettamine, Xylazine and Butorphanol.

The car is a black-coloured Toyota Landcruiser, partial registration 131 CE.

Gardai are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them at Loughrea Garda Station on 091 842870, The Garda Confidential Line or any Garda Station.
