Fire officers attend scene of blaze in derelict Dublin pub

Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene of a fire at a derelict pub in a north Dublin town this evening which caused "significant damage".

Four pumps were dispatched to the scene on Main Street Balbriggan along with a turntable ladder.

The area is sealed off to traffic.

The fire has been contained but fire officers will remain at the scene to prevent re-ignition.
