Fianna Fail has long way to go to rebuild 'hallmark' trust, says leader

Fianna Fail leader Micheal Martin last night said his party has a long way to go before it "rebuilds the trust" which he said had always been the "hallmark of our relationship with the public."

Speaking at his party's National Youth Conference in Sligo, Mr Martin said that to him "the polls don't count" up or down, and added that he is focused on providing "tough but constructive" opposition to an "increasingly arrogant and out-of-touch Government".
