Cork's most famous twins Hassan and Hussein Benhaffaf (6) got a sneak peek at Disney's latest blockbuster 'The BFG', based on the famous Roald Dahl book.

The gala preview screening of the movie, directed by Steven Spielberg, took place at the Savoy Cinema in Dublin last night - with the boys among the lucky few getting the opportunity to see it five days in advance of it hitting the screens nationwide.

'The BFG' (Big Friendly Giant) was written in 1982 and finally made it to the big screen 30 years later.

It adds to a long list of novels written by the famous British novelist - others of which include 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory', 'Fantastic Mr Fox' and 'James and the Giant Peach'.

'The BFG' will start showing in cinemas across the country from Friday.
