"Emotional" Amy ready to cheer Brian on in last Aviva appearance

Brian O'Driscoll will be watched by his adoring wife Amy and daughter Sadie as he makes history as the world's most-capped rugby player in his final appearance in green on Irish soil.

Speaking on the Late Late Show tonight, Amy admitted that it will be an emotional occasion against the Italians.

"I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t emotional about it. It’s hard not to be," she said.

"I’ll try and keep it together."

Amy has already gone through similar emotions last year against France when Brian had not committed to another year and many felt they had seen him in an Irish jersey at the Aviva for a final time.

"I already did the crying in the stands and then...’ah, I’m going to play another year’," she added.
