Taoiseach Enda Kenny has been shaking a lot of hands over the past three weeks, including some very recognisable faces.

The Fine Gael leader met Love/Hate star Killian Scott at a media event on Leeson Street this morning, where Scott was supporting his brother Eoghan Murphy who is running for the party, but Mr Kenny was completely oblivious as to Scott's identity.

Kenny asked the actor, who played gangster Tommy in the hit crime series, about what he did for a living, whether he was living in London or Dublin and if he was a stage actor.

The media event was Kenny's final engagement in the capital before he heads back home ahead of polling day tomorrow.
