As the Taoiseach made a final push for votes on Dublin's Leeson Street Bridge, he took a second glance at a volunteer with a strangely familiar face in a Fine Gael windcheater.

"We've met before," agreed 'Love/Hate' star Killian Scott, who was out campaigning for his brother, the Fine Gael TD Eoghan Murphy, as he shook the Taoiseach's hand.

"What are you at?" Enda asked him.

Killian modestly informed him: "I'm an actor."

"In London or in Dublin?" asked Enda, to which Killian replied: "Here."

"On the stage?" persisted Enda - before Killian eventually enlightened him.
