Word quiz is a test of faith
JC RELIGION HIGHER/ORDINARY
THE wording of a question on the higher-level paper was a bit off-putting and could have caused confusion, according to teacher Aisling Flood.
Ms Flood of St Joseph's Secondary School, Newfoundwell, Drogheda, and the ASTI felt the phrasing might have given the impression that monotheism was an independent entity rather than a belief system in one god.
Overall, Ms Flood said candidates seemed fairly happy. She thought the language of the ordinary-level paper was challenging for average candidates.
