The unique National Parents Council post-primary (NPCpp) helpline is sponsored by the Irish Independent, Eircom and the Department of Education and Skills. Members of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors and a representative of the grant-awarding body, SUSI will deal with queries.

The helpline will run for six days.

To complement the helpline, Independent.ie is running an interactive CAO blog, also staffed by guidance counsellors, from 10am tomorrow.

Questions may be sent directly to the blog itself, queries may be tweeted via #IndoSubmit or emails sent to contact@independent.ie.

Submissions to the main Independent Facebook account will also be addressed.

The Irish Independent is also publishing a special, 20-page supplement tomorrow filled with information and advice and tables of last year's CAO points.
