A pub in Derry has been badly damaged by a blaze, the fire service said.
Up to 25 firefighters spent more than four hours tackling the blaze, which broke out during the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus were deployed to search the property in Magazine Street.
"Fortunately no one was inside at the time," said Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service district commander Barry McDowell.
"The fire was on the ground floor and it was heavily smoke-logged on the ground, first and second floor as well as the basement.
"We were able to extinguish the fire in a porch and then ventilate the premises."
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
