Four men arrested as gardaí seize drugs worth €1.1m in Dublin raid

Gardaí have seized €1.1 million worth of drugs in a West Dublin raid.

As part of ongoing investigations targeting serious criminal activity in the Dublin Region a planned operation was carried out in the Clondalkin area yesterday evening by the Garda National Drugs & Organised Crime Bureau. 

During the operation Gardaí intercepted two cars and searched apartment.

A quantity of heroin and ecstasy, believed to be worth around €1.1m, was uncovered.

Four males, ranging in age from 30s to 60s, were arrested as part of the investigation. They are currently detained at Clondalkin and Ronanstown Garda Stations under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
