Third man arrested over murder of father-of-two in Cork this summer

A THIRD man has been arrested over the murder of a father-of-two during the summer.
Darren Falsey, 36, a native of Waterfall on the outskirts of Cork city, was shot dead when he went to answer a call at his rented house in Carrigaline on August 3.
Gardai in Togher investigating the killing arrested a man in his early 20s in the Carrigaline area this morning.
Two other suspects, one in his 20s and the other in his 30s, were detained yesterday.
All three are being questioned under anti-gangland laws.
They are being detained at the Bridewell, Mayfield and Togher garda stations under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.
