ROAD Traffic summonses have been adjourned against April Collins, the woman who was state witness in the high-profile murder trial of John Dundon.
Limerick mother-of-four Collins (26) is facing nine summonses, after she was allegedly stopped while driving at Hyde Avenue, Limerick on November 10, 2012.
The offences are alleged to include driving while disqualified, and driving without a licence, tax and insurance.
The matter was adjourned until October 21 at Limerick District Court.
Earlier this summer, Ms Collins gave evidence in the trial of John Dundon that ultimately led to him being convicted of the murder of Garryowen rugby player Shane Geoghegan.
Ms Collins is an ex-partner of John Dundon's younger brother Ger Dundon and the couple have three children together. She is under 24-hour garda protection.
