Kelly Noble (28) has been ordered to stay away from the alleged victims and from Dunnes Stores in Tallaght for the duration of the case.

Noble and an accomplice John Cunningham (36) are also alleged to have assaulted two supermarket workers during the same incident.

Judge Anthony Halpin ordered the matter to a date in May to allow the defence solicitor view the CCTV footage.

The accused, both of Emmet Manor, Emmet Court in Inchicore, appeared before Tallaght District Court charged with assaulting two men at Kilnamanagh Shopping Centre on September 19, 2013.

Cunningham is also charged with possession of a blade at Dunnes on the same date.

Noble is further facing charges of threatening to kill a man and with producing a knife during the course of making the threats.

The court previously heard the DPP has directed summary disposal of the matters in the District Court on a guilty plea only.

STATEMENTS

This means that if the accused deny the allegations, the case will go forward for trial by judge and jury in the Circuit Court.

Defence solicitor John Shanley said he had received statements and CCTV footage in relation to the allegations but he had been unable to view it.

He asked for the matter to be adjourned for a month so he can view the footage in the garda station before the accused indicate a plea.
