Man due in court over murder of Polish national

A 20-year-old man is due in court this morning in relation to the murder of Bogdan Michalkiawicz in May 2013.

The body of Mr Michalkiawicz was discovered in an apartment block in Letterkenny on 15th May last year.

He was last seen alive two days previously.    The body of the Polish national  was found by his brother Tomaz.  Gardai at the time said he had suffered an horrific death. 

A man in his 40s has already appeared in court on charges relation to the death.
