Man admits selling Viagra by mail order

A MAN is awaiting sentencing after he admitted supplying Viagra from his home by mail order.

Marc Kelly, of St John's Avenue, Clondalkin, Dublin, admitted nine counts of breaking medicinal products regulations at Dublin District Court.

Kelly also pleaded guilty to having and supplying prescription-only drug Xenical, which is used in weight-loss treatment.

On June 16, 2011, Kelly advertised supplies of prescription-only erectile-dsyfuction drug Cialis and he also admitted that he did "supply by mail order Viagra".

Cathal O Braonain, defending, told Judge John O'Neill yesterday that his client was agreeable to covering costs.

Sentencing was deferred until December.
