Jury sworn in for trial of brother and sister accused of murdering Thomas Horan (63)

A jury has been sworn in at the Central Criminal Court in Dublin for the trial of a brother and sister accused of murder.

Kenneth Cummins (28) and Sabrina Cummins (37), with an address at Ringsend Park, Dublin 4, have both pleaded not guilty of murdering Thomas Horan (63) at Cambridge Court, Ringsend, Dublin 4 on January 6th last year.

Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy told the jury of seven women and five men that the trial is likely to take up to five weeks.

The trial begins on Friday afternoon.
