Gardai charge man (22) in connection with alleged murder of taxi driver Martin Mulligan
Gardai have charged a 22-year-old man in connection with the alleged murder of taxi driver Martin Mulligan.
The young man is due to appear before Drogheda District Court this evening, Thursday November 10.
The man was arrested in the Dublin area this morning and detained at Dundalk Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
He remains in Garda custody.
The body of popular taxi driver Martin Mulligan was discovered in Kilcurry, Dundalk, County Louth on the morning of Monday, September 28 2015.
Martin’s car, a silver coloured Skoda Octavia, was also located at scene.
