FOUR men charged in relation to the recovery of thousands of euro of vehicles and parts in what gardai described as a "lucrative criminal enterprise" have been remanded in custody.
The men made no application for bail at Swords District Court. Lithuanian nationals Nerogus Flederis, Paulius Taracivius and Tomas Tarasevecius and Russian national Alexandr Cvetous have all been charged with theft and handling stolen property at McAuley's Yard, Courtlough in Balbriggan, Co Dublin, on September 20.
The court heard Mr Flederis, Mr Taracivius and Mr Cvetous all have addresses at a caravan at McAuley's Yard while Mr Tarasevecius gave an address at Prospect Hill in Finglas. Judge Patrick Clyne remanded all four in custody until September 27.
