The suspension of Nuala Kavanagh has been lifted without prejudice to Christ Church's position on the issues raised by her, the court heard.

Ms Kavanagh initiated proceedings last week to seek injunctions arising from her suspension earlier this month.

When the matter returned before Mr Justice Paul Gilligan today, he was told the matter had been resolved and the proceedings could be struck out.

Ms Kavanagh is the Director of Operations at the Cathedral, one of Dublin's biggest visitor attractions and the city's oldest building dating back to 1028.
