A LEGAL dispute over the sale of the Citywest hotel, conference centre and golf course development in Dublin has been settled.

Martin Ferris, a Bank of Scotland (Ireland)-appointed receiver of certain Citywest assets held by HSS,Jeffel, Rattler Ltd and Citywest Resort Ltd, sued CW Hotel Investments 2013 Ltd, Westland Square, Dublin, over CW's alleged failure to complete the €28m purchase of the complex on different dates since last December.

The case was due for hearing in the Commercial Court yesterday before Ms Justice Finlay Geoghegan who was told, after day long talks, that the matter had been settled.
