Boy (16) given a week to decide how he will plead

A DUBLIN youth has been given another week to decide how he will plead to a cocaine dealing charge.

The 16-year-old boy has been accused of possessing cocaine for the purpose of sale or supply to another, at Sundrive Road, in Dublin, on July 18 last year.

Judge John O'Connor was told at the Dublin Children's Court that the boy's lawyer needed to discuss matters with the prosecuting garda.

Judge O'Connor, ordered the boy, who was accompanied to his hearing by his mother, to appear again next Monday.
