Ireland's economic recovery isn't finished according to former US president Bill Clinton.
"It's not finished yet but it's coming along, it's coming along," said Mr Clinton when asked what he thought of Ireland's recovery.
The former president of the United States of America last night visited Government Buildings where he met with Taoiseach Enda Kenny.
After the meeting he attended a dinner in Shanahan's restaurant on St Stephen's Green.
"It was a private dinner and we had a lovely evening," said Irish business man and hotelier John Fitzpatrick who dined with Mr Clinton.
Former Senator Martin McAleese also attended the dinner and said the party had a "great" evening.
Mr Clinton's staff said he was tired after a long day and having flown from Las Vegas on Monday. The former US president visits Queen's University in Belfast today for the official naming of the William J Clinton Leadership Institute.
