Dressed in full uniform, Ceejay met with President Michael D Higgins yesterday afternoon.

The party was a colourful celebration with performers from Co Wexford's Bui Bolg Theatre company parading around the lawns.

During the course of the party President Michael D Higgins praised the Irish football team and the Irish fans at the Euros.

"We take pride in our talented team and in the Irish fans who have earned widespread tributes for their exemplary behaviour," Higgins told the crowd.
