Cecelia expecting summer baby
AUTHOR Cecelia Ahern is pregnant with her second child.
A spokeswoman for the 31-year-old confirmed the news to the Irish Independent last night and a source said the baby is expected in "late summer".
Ms Ahern and husband, actor David Keoghan, who married in June 2010, already have a daughter Robin (2), born at Dublin's Rotunda Hospital in December 2009.
The arrival will be the fourth grandchild of former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern, along with Rocco and Jay, sister Georgina Ahern's twin boys with Westlife member Nicky Byrne.
Although Ms Ahern and her husband declined to comment yesterday, reports said they had been house-hunting close to their existing home in Malahide, north Dublin.
The writer, who has sold 10 million books, was noticeably missing from last Friday's Peter Mark VIP Style Awards in the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin.
A regular attendee, Ms Ahern and her husband had been nominated for the Most Stylish Couple award.
Last year it was revealed the writer had made €5.5m from selling film rights to her novels.
Ms Ahern's eighth book , 'Time of My Life', was released in October and told the story of Lucy Silchester, who is prompted to transform her life by a mysterious visitor who encourages her to reflect on past decisions.
