Bus breakdown causes delays for commuters in Dublin city centre

Commuters in Dublin's city centre are experiencing delays after a bus broke down on the north quays this morning.

The bus has since been cleared from the area but AA Roadwatch are warning of delays,

Delays are in place from Parkgate Street onto the North Quays and through to Bachelors Walk.

The breakdown occurred in the right-hand lane on the quays.

Traffic expected to start moving with efficiency again shortly.

Elsewhere in the country this morning, there are no current reports of any delays or incidents.

However, there are slight traffic delays on St John's Road inbound by Heuston Station in Dublin.

The M7 at Kildare is also slow northbound at the exit for Naas North.
