A YOUNG man, whose body was found in a field outside Swords, Co Dublin, yesterday afternoon has been identified as 22 year old Deniss Timosejevs, who had been living at Applewood in Swords.

He is from Latvia but had been working locally.

A post mortem examination of the body was being carried out this afternoon by deputy State Pathologist, Dr Khalid Jabbar at Loughlinstown hospital.

The man was identified after a woman contacted the garda investigation headquarters at Swords station when she read his description in the newspapers.

The body had been found lying on a dirt track in a field by farmer Richard Gleeson, who was spreading fertiliser on his land at Balheary, two miles outside the town.
