TWO new stamps are being released ahead of the country's most popular gardening, food and craft festival.
The Bloom Festival gets under way next Thursday and concludes on the June Bank Holiday Monday.
To mark the festival, run by Bord Bia and now in its eighth year, An Post has revealed two new 60c stamps, which were designed by Dublin-based Atelier David Smith.
One shows a stunning silver medal-winning championship Bloom garden by Wicklow-based gardener, Frazer McDonogh. The other depicts a woman holding a basket of colourful, fresh garden produce.
They are available from all main post offices and the Irish Stamps shop in Dublin's GPO, as well as online at irishstamps.ie
