US Vice President Joe Biden is coming to Ireland this year.
Mr Biden was hosting Taoiseach Enda Kenny for a St Patrick's Day breakfast.
Mr Kenny confirmed today Mr Biden will be visiting at some point during the year.
"I am very glad to hear you say you are coming to Ireland this year. Just to say that publicly, to those of you down there in the Fourth Estate: Biden is on his way.
And the Vice President will come to Ireland this year and we hope that we can have a little round on the golf course if we get an opportunity," he said.
Mr Kenny also discussed immigration reform with the Vice President.
