MORE than 270,000 people tuned in to watch 'Donal Walsh -- My Story' on New Year's Day.

The documentary about the inspirational teenager from Co Kerry aired on RTE Two as part of its 'Reality Bites' series.

Official viewing figures from RTE for 'ROG -- The Ronan O'Gara Documentary', broadcast on Thursday, will not be known until Monday, but an RTE spokesperson said they were expected to be high.
