Body: Trouble staying fit? Celebs can have a tough time of it, too
Celebrities are under huge pressure to look good and most cannot afford not to be in shape.
Here are some of their comments on keeping fit.
?Singer Alicia Keys: "I really enjoy training. I like the focus of it, I like the mental side of it and I like running. If I can just hit a city block, it gives me something to really concentrate on.
?Model Heidi Klum: "When you are a fit and healthy person to begin with, you are most likely to go back to what you were before." Klum maintains her figure by running, swimming and getting on the trampoline with her kids.
?Singer Jennifer Hudson: She's famous for losing several stone through Weight Watchers. "It's not a diet, it's a way of life that teaches you better skills. For years, I felt like I could never have ice cream, but now I can eat ice cream occasionally!"
?Talk show host Oprah Winfrey, who has won and lost the battle of the bulge several times: "There is no easy way out. Believe me, if there were, I would have bought it. And it would be one of my favourite things!"
?Kirstie Alley, the actress who appeared on 'Cheers,' and lately in the US show 'Dancing With the Stars', says: "'Dancing With the Stars' made me alive again. It's given me a new view on what I want to do in my life."
