Selling agent James Lee, of John Lee of Real Estate Alliance, Newport, is guiding the sale at €1m.
The residence is a fine two-storey, over-basement building finished to a high specification.
It includes six bedrooms, a number of reception rooms, a kitchen and an attic. It fronts directly onto a gravel drive, while to the rear is a large decking area enclosed by a wrought iron railing and wall.
