Hunt supporters for Punchestown
Racing at Punchestown today will have a display of horses and hounds in support of hunting.
Mounted riders and their hounds from the Ward Union Hunt and the Woodstown Harriers will parade in front of the stands before racing starts.
The display is part of the RISE campaign in support of hunting and rural pastimes.
The move follows the recent demonstrations in Waterford and Tipperary where thousands of hunt supporters gathered to protest against Green Party policies.
RISE represents 16 hunting and field sports organisations across the country.
