The Xpose presenter is planning a 1980s style engagement party for 400 of her nearest and dearest.

"I hadn't planned on having one," Lisa told the Herald.

"But now that people are asking me about one, I want to have a wild 1980s party.

"I want to go mad and invite like 400 people."

Lisa got engaged to her Welsh rugby player boyfriend, Richard Keatley, last October.

However, she kept quiet about the news until December.

"It was very hard to keep it a secret, because I'm not good at keeping secrets," she admitted.

"But we wanted to just enjoy it and keep it for ourselves, because we knew if we announced it, everyone would be asking questions."

Now the news is out, the next step on the brunette's list is to plan a celebration bash. And she has some quirky ideas about what she wants.

"It wont be clinking glasses and black tie, it will be pure 1980s," she added.

"We were born in the 80s, so I'm genuinely serious that I want to have the movie Back to the Future playing in the background and to get break dancers to perform."

The presenter said she has yet to choose a venue, but that a good old knees up is definitely in store.
