X FACTOR judge Kelly Rowland has admitted she feels sorry for Frankie Cocozza after the teenage tearaway was axed from the show.
The 18-year-old left after apparently boasting about drugs and said his life had "gone out of control" while taking part in the hit talent show.
Writing on her blog on The Huffington Post UK website, Rowland said: "I was so shocked - and I still am! Poor Frankie, I really do feel sorry for him."
The teenager's antics have already prompted an investigation by broadcasting watchdog Ofcom into the series.
The young wannabe was pictured on a string of nights out since finding fame in the contest and made an impact in the early stages when he boasted that the names of some of his many lovers were tattooed on his bottom.
Rowland also said her stay in the UK had inspired her to think about her next record.
She said: "I love London, especially Hyde Park - I could sit here for hours and be inspired by the life all around me."
