SINGER Una Healy will front a new RTE series for children.

The Tipperary-born star will present ‘Una’s Dream Ticket’, a programme that grants wishes to youths around the country.

The mother-of-one, member of UK girlband The Saturdays, said she’s thrilled to be offered a chance to take on a TV project in Ireland.

"I am so excited to have been offered this amazing opportunity and can't wait to return to Ireland to film it."

Tyrone Productions will produce the show and are calling on kids aged 16 or under to apply to be part of the series.

For more information, email wishes@tyroneproductions.ie.

The closing date of applications is July 19.
