The TV3 presenter has ruled out having more children just weeks after giving birth to her second child.

Aisling has two sons with her photographer partner Nick MacInnes -- Patrick Nicholas (2), and one-month-old Louis.

"I will be stopping right here -- two is plenty," the presenter told the Herald.

"I look at people like Miriam O'Callaghan and say 'how the hell was she able to do that?'.

BONDING

"Physically, I don't know how someone could deliver eight children. Those women are amazing."

The 33-year-old presenter is enjoying some rest and recuperation at home with the new man in her life after giving birth to Louis Alexander in December.

And while she is now living in a certified boys' zone, Aisling said she had no plans to try for a sister for her young sons.

The Claire native said: "I think if I was to try for a girl it might not happen straight away and then I would end up with eight sons. I am happy with my two boys."

Aisling, who is due to return to primetime fashion slot Xpose in early May, said she is "still getting her bearings" after the birth.

And while she is enjoying her bonding time at home with her new son, Aisling says she is far from an over-protective mum.

"I'm very happy, I've had loads of help," she told the Herald. "I don't know how people with two children or more do it without help."

It was a quiet Christmas for Aisling who is still avoiding alcohol and taking it easy after undergoing a Caesarean section.

Aisling and Nick recently moved out of their Wicklow abode and relocated close to Dublin's city centre.

"I have been on the straight and narrow for so long now that I don't know what will happen when I drink again," Aisling said.

"I haven't been out much, but I have had the Xpose girls over so they filled me in on everything."

Aisling, who took maternity leave in October, was replaced on the show by presenter and DJ Michelle Doherty.
