Not only did Sinead O’Connor catch the attention of Miley Cyrus and Simon Cowell in the last month, it seems adult animation ‘South Park’ were intrigued by the Dublin singer too.
The 46-year-old featured in the latest episode of the animation, which aired in the US last night.
During O’Connor’s brief animated appearance, the singer said she had something to say to teenage young pop stars who perform provocatively.
Sinead is featured with her trademark face and chest tattoos and a stereotypical Irish accent.
The star can be heard singing, “I’m looking for a boyfriend, looking for a boyfriend” in the clip, referring to the time when Sinead advertised that she was looking for a partner.
The satirical clip comes after Sinead O’Connor and Miley Cyrus had a public exchange following O’Connor’s open letter to the 20-year-old.
The letter advised Miley that the music industry ‘exploit’ young stars.
Miley responded with a tweet that read, “Before Amanda Bynes, there was Sinead O’Connor”, referring to former child star Amanda Bynes who is currently in psychiatric care.
