Hollywood star Pamela Anderson suffered a stumble and a wardrobe malfunction as she became the first celebrity to be axed from 'Dancing on Ice'.
The former 'Baywatch' star and 'Playboy' model (45) was sent crashing out on the first night of the ITV competition, losing a dance-off against television funnyman Keith Chegwin after problems with her dress.
A stunned looking Anderson said afterwards she was sad to have been knocked out, and added: "I just stumbled, my dress... my boobs fell out, it happens."
The judges unanimously voted to axe the Canadian-born actress, who danced to Sinead O'Connor's cover of Elton John's 'Sacrifice', preferring "Cheggers" routine set to Carl Orff's 'Carmina Burana'.
