New hosts for 'Prime Time' as Claire Byrne and Pat Kenny to join Miriam O'Callaghan

BROADCASTER Miriam O'Callaghan will be joined on on 'Prime Time' by Claire Byrne and Pat Kenny while co-host Richard Crowley is on three weeks' annual leave.

The 52-year-old told the Irish Independent Ms Byrne and Mr Kenny will alternate shifts. "I'm really looking forward to working with both of them. I know Claire well and we've done different events together. But it'll be great to have two women in the 'Prime Time' studio."

Ms O'Callaghan stepped out with six-year-old kidney transplant recipient Rhys Kane this week to help promote organ donor awareness event, 'Run for a Life', which takes place next Saturday, October 13.
