Hit dating show ‘Take Me Out’ is looking for a gypsy-style make-over.
The Saturday night ITV show, fronted by Paddy McGuinness, is set to take a slice of success from other hit shows featuring members of the travelling community, like Channel 4's ‘My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding’.
Show bosses have placed prominent ads on ‘Travellers’ Times’ website, hoping ‘single girls and guys’ from the travelling community will sign up for auditions.
The adverts, which feature TV matchmaker Paddy McGuinness, reads, “Host Paddy McGuinness is ready to match up some more perfect partners”.
Dating hopefuls are asked to fill out an application form, listing their special talents and achievements, The Star reports.
They are also asked about their ‘unusual habits’ and what they would look for in a potential partner.
Applicants are asked to return the form to show producers with a recent photo.
The show, entering its sixth series, has proved a hit with viewers, with DJ Ray Foley presenting the Irish version on TV3.
Spin-off show ‘Take Me Out: The Gossip’ began in series three.
