JEDWARD are finally putting their wacky dress sense to good use – after becoming style advisors to the Swedish Eurovision selection.

The Lucan duo have been video blogging their opinions on the style of the artists competing in ‘Melodifestivalen’ for the last four weeks.

Among their advice to the acts is to “wear more studs”, “get a lollypop” and to “google Nicki Minaj”.

They even offer to send one act a tie, saying: “we have a collection of over 500 ties so we can send you one in the post”.

Sweden’s selection show is more popular in the country than the Eurovision itself  -  it takes the form of a travelling six week arena tour,  the final of which takes place in the 100,000 seat Friends arena in Stockholm.

Jedward have remained popular in the country since they received ‘douze points’ from the pop-loving nation for song ‘Lipstick’ in 2011.

They are flying to Sweden later this week to perform on the Swedish selection show in a sing off against the show’s hosts Danny Saucedo and Gina Dirawi.

The duo, who represented Ireland at the Eurovision in both 2011 and 2012, have also confirmed they will attend the Eurovision itself again in Malmo in May.

Ryan Dolan will fly the flag for Ireland this year after being selected on the Late Late show Eurosong special last Friday.
