It’s probably the biggest question before anyone begins to binge on a new box-set... How long will this take me?

But that was before this ingenious infographic (courtesy of Nielsen TOPTEN) was created.

The ‘can’t do without this’ image displays the runtimes for some of the most popular completed and ongoing series like ‘Game of Thrones’, ‘Mad Men’, ‘Breaking Bad’ and ‘House of Cards’.

What better way to map out your weekend than to choose a new box-set to splurge on?

In case you’re wondering, ‘Breaking Bad’ will take two days and two hours to complete, whereas ‘Game of Thrones’ will only take one day and six hours to finish.

Put aside a week’s holidays if you want to get through ‘24’ – the hit TV series will take approximately six days and two hours to watch.

And if you’re looking for something with a little less commitment, ‘House of Cards’ will only take 22 hours.
