Former international football player David Ginola has apologised after making a rude gesture on BT Sport behind presenter Jake Humphrey's back.
Mr Humphrey made a joke about the French pundit's jeans, which Mr Ginola didn't seem to appreciate. Later on the show, where they were joined by Owen Hargreaves and Steve McManaman, both Mr Humphrey and Mr Ginola apologised for the incident.
Mr Ginola took to his Twitter account later to personally apologise for his gesture, saying: "I very humbly ask everyone @btsport @mrjakehumphrey & all the fans to accept my wholehearted apologies for the rude, unacceptable gesture."
BT Sport followed suit on their own Twitter account, adding: "BT Sport would like to apologise for any offence that was caused during this morning’s/Saturday’s broadcast. David Ginola apologised straight afterwards as he realised this was an inappropriate action."
