BE prepared to see lots of rugby-loving jocks and Dutch Gold swigging layabouts wandering around town tonight.
This Halloween, everyone is dressing up as RTE 2's not-so loveable twins Damo and Ivor.
Yesterday, comedian and actor Andy Quirke was bombarded with images of trick or treaters wearing Adidas tracksuit tops or high-collared polo shirts.
"Screamin' and laughing at all these nutters dressed up as Damo and Ivor," he wrote on Twitter while sharing pictures of the fancy dress clad revellers.
It's pretty easy to recreate the stereotypical southsider/ northsider look.
To replicate rich boy Ivor's look, rock a pink polo shirt, make sure your collar is severely starched and popped. Beige chinos, deck shoes perfectly coiffed hair and lashings of fake tan are a must. Wearing a cricket sweater draped over your shoulders will complete the look.
To look like self confessed 'skanger' Damo, it's more of a sport casual look. Tracksuit pants are tucked into white sports socks and some Nike Air Max are the shoe of choice.
Lots of sovereign rings, a fringe plastered to your forehead, and an oversized baseball cap are signature items.
Damo and Ivor costumes won't be the only popular Halloween ensembles this weekend.
Fran the Man's devil red mask will rival the ever popular Scream mask.
And there are sure to be a few people dressed as Love/Hate's Cleo the cat.
