Joss Whedon’s big budget drama is based on the hugely popular ‘Avengers’ film series and stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, the leader of a

secret government task force which monitors superhuman activity and polices superheroes. With Chloe Bennet, Brett Dalton, Elizabeth Henstridge and Ming-Na Wen.

The chef collects mussels on Wexford’s Ballystraw Beach and serves an Irish seafood dish involving mussels, bacon and white wine. He creates tomato soup, and samples Loftus Hall potatoes.
