The ubiquitous Gary Barlow heads to the harsh terrain of Afghanistan to perform a concert for British troops. He spends two days with soldiers, sailors and airmen, experiencing life on the base. Barlow faces some daunting tasks including joining the team in the air traffic control tower at Camp Bastion to see aircraft operations in action.

In this episode, Jerusalem is taken by the ruthless leader of Babylon, King Nebuchadnezzar, and the Jews are led on a forced exile back to Babylon where they are then enslaved.
