This stunning footage tracks the release of a female green turtle through the great barrier reef in Australia, while wearing a carefully fitted GoPro.
Released by the WWF in Australia these incredible pictures where shown to the world ahead of a key decision of the future of Australia's natural heritage.
It's been announced that the Australian Government has been put on probation to improve protection over the great barrier reef
The UNESCO said the country must deliver effective and sustained protection of the reef from threats including wreckless industrialisation and pollution.
The UNESCO World Heritage Committee is voted to maintain pressure on Australia in order to make sure it keeps the promise to restore the health of The Great Barrier Reef.
18 months from now the government is expected to report back its progress.
The committee said it welcomes Australia's commitment to establish a permanent ban on dumping of dredged material from all the dredging projects on the reef.
The WWF says it expects a full ban on dumping in the World Heritage waters to come into force within months.
